You will take notes, ask questions, and bond with like minded sisters. (Meetings will be recorded in case you can’t make it)

💃 30-40 Minute LIVE Embodiment Session: The day after the masterclass, dive into an immersive embodiment session. Expect slightly weird (yet fun af) healing tools that will change your DNA (YES! Healing changes your DNA). Some of which are deep breathing exercises, guided visualizations, etc.
